About & History

Welcome to Salvatori's Authentic Italian Eatery, a locally owned and operated family of Italian restaurants that has been serving the northeast Indiana community for over 17 years. Founded in 2006, our original location in New Haven quickly became a local favorite, offering an intimate and welcoming dining experience that kept customers coming back for more. Our success is built on a foundation of great food, remarkable service, a comfortable atmosphere, and a genuine dedication to providing an unforgettable dining experience.

Over the years, we have expanded our family of restaurants to six locations, including two more in Fort Wayne, as well as Auburn, Leo Crossing, and Warsaw. Each of our locations offer a unique charm and atmosphere.  From the open kitchen design in New Haven, to the modern Italian ambiance in our Fort Wayne North location, each store has a distinctive design. Our growth and accolades, such as being voted the #1 Italian Restaurant five years in a row, are a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality, service, and the satisfaction of our guests.

Throughout our journey, we have operated with a sense of responsibility for the well- being of our people and the customers & communities we serve. Having adapted to recent evolving needs, our carryout business has become immensely popular, offering a convenient option for those on the go or headed home. Our larger locations in Fort Wayne and Warsaw provide expanded dining spaces, private meeting rooms, and full-service bars to accommodate groups of all sizes and occasions.

As a family-owned business, we are proud to share our family history on the walls of our restaurants, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your family to enjoy. From cozy booths and tables under the canopy in our main dining areas to semi-private party rooms for larger gatherings, we strive to make you feel at home while you savor our authentic Italian cuisine.

We are grateful for the support and love we have received from our customers and the communities we serve. We invite you to join us at any of our six Salvatori's locations for a truly memorable Italian dining experience. Buon appetito!

I love Salvatori’s!! I thought we would try something different this time so we got the Veneto white pizza and it was absolutely amazing!! Very flavorful! The crust on all their pizzas is so delicious That is now my favorite!! We also tried the Philly steak roll and that was delicious as well! That came with a white cheese sauce that was really good! They absolutely do have the best tasting dough! Thank you for making amazing food!

Baked ziti tastes good with a reasonable price. The amount of the Half portion Baked Ziti was good enough for one person. Staffs here are very friendly! Berry tiramisu was a bit sweet for me but it was satified with the unique menu itself.

The atmosphere, the food and the drinks are spectacular. It was our first time here and we were blown away. Candace, our waitress, was phenomenal. In these times it is so refreshing to see someone so friendly and positive. Our food was ready in about 25 minutes, drinks were ready almost immediately. The portions are enough to feed a small family. Needless to say I had enough pasta left over for a midnight and breakfast snack. We will definitely be back!

We went here for our first time on Friday evening... The wait time wasn't long at all and I am not kidding when I say this was the best restaurant experience I have ever had.. our waitress was wonderful the food was phenomenal, the manager(?) stopped by our table to ask how things were and it was a great evening. The aren't kidding about the portion sizes either!! I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be going back!!

Let me first apologize to this location for not reviewing sooner! ❤️
This new Salvatori's location is phenomenal. It's a little smaller than the others but the food and service was outstanding. My husband and I went for lunch date and decided we were going to order some things we've not had or items that had tasted different at other locations. The servers, manager and cooks were shocked when we both ordered salsa appetizers diners and other items. Our whole table was full of food.

We were seated in less than 5 minutes after arriving. The food here was really great. My daughters really enjoyed the alfredo. I had the ravioli and the only thing I would have done differently is done all cheese instead of mixed cheese and meat. We ended up doing dessert as well which was just as great. Kay was very nice and helpful. She was consistently back to follow up on our drinks and the food. We enjoyed this resturant a lot!

We were treated like royalty from start to finish. Our server Jeremiah was the quintessential gentleman. Knowledgeable in the fine art of haute cuisine. When he discovered that it was our first visit to Salvatori's, he made sure we understood what all our food options were. He was very thorough in explaining how the dishes were served. He helped us select meals that were in line with our specific palates (mild-spicy). The manager even came by to check on us. We couldn't have asked for better service. The food did not disappoint either. Everything we had was DELICIOUS. We were all full by the end of the meal, but Jeremiah had sold us on their Homemade Cinnamon Rolls. So we had to try them. I will post our entrees with this review, but I'm afraid I forgot to snap a pic of the dessert. I guess we will have to return so I can get a great shot for you all. Mangia Bene, Fort Wayne!

In my numerous travels, I’ve repeatedly found that some of the best food can be found in unassuming places, like this place adjacent to an age-worn gas station. The outside can almost be missed, but the food is nonetheless excellent. Consistency and care go both into the essence of pride in each meal and the service with each meal. You’ll be fed WELL. If you leave here hungry, you must’ve eaten somewhere else. HIGHLY recommended.

If you're looking for a delicious Italian meal that won't break the bank, look no further than Salvatori's New Haven. Don't let the exterior fool you – this restaurant may be connected to a gas station, but the interior is cozy and inviting. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is simply outstanding.

I ordered the meaty calzone and my wife had the chicken parm, and we were both impressed with the quality of our dishes. Despite the lightning-fast cooking time, our meals were packed with flavor and made from fresh ingredients. With prices ranging from $11 to $13, Salvatori's offers incredible value for the money.

If you're in the mood for some hearty Italian fare, give Salvatori's a try. You won't be disappointed!

They are open! We enjoyed the baked ziti with sausage and peppers. It was delicious. Next time we will try to save some room for dessert. Portions are generous especially if you order the full size (that way you will have some left for a snack at home). We can't wait to explore the rest of the menu next time!

Good value, great food and fantastic service! Anette took the time to explain how everything is prepared and how each dish could be modified to your liking, was extremely attentive keeping drinks topped off and was just overall cheery and amazingly pleasant. As I was leaving I also heard another patron complimenting their server to the manager so hospitality must be an overwhelming hallmark of theirs

I wanted a quiet, dark restaurant to have a glass of wine and good meal after a long day of traveling and meetings. This was not that. It was better. I usually eat alone in my hotel room when I travel, solo, but I hadn't ordered ahead and decided to sit. The lively atmosphere and friendly service was good, but the FOOD WAS AMAZING. I ordered the bruschetta and the blackened salmon. I tried to limit myself on the bruschetta but it was so delicious. The flavors played against each other to be both warm and crusty and cool and flavorful. The salad was fresh, crunchy, and had a delicious flavor-the best Cesar dressing I've ever had.
Thank you for making this meal the best part of my day.

Awesome! Food, service and atmosphere was a great experience. Our server was very acknowledged on all our questions. This made our decisions easier. Appetizerers are very good and portions are big. I will be a return customer.

Wonderful dining experience. Our waitress was friendly and suggested several entrees. Tasty affordable Italian food. They offer half plates or full plate portions. I got the full plate Mannicotti and had leftovers. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Small place with delicious food and friendly people. After traveling all day we were tired and hungry. The servings were big, but the food was absolutely delicious. Love a cozy, busy, family style Italian restaurant with good, hot, delicious food. So hungry I only got an opportunity to get picture of the menu and my salmon salad.
