In 2006, Salvatori’s New Haven has grown beyond our wildest dreams. It has become popular with locals, travelers, businesses, and civic organizations alike. Who would have thought that a restaurant that seats 48 (yep, that’s it) would become such a hive of activity? Offering dining, carryout, and catering six days per week, we often get very busy. With great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and personalized service, a steady crowd of diners grew.
